Blondies

This is one of my favorite “go-to” recipes -- it’s quick, easy, and made all in one pot, which means easy clean up! I’ve never met a person who didn’t love these.

Blondies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray PAM (or equivalent) on a 13x9” baking pan.

In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1 stick margerine.

Remove pan from heat and stir in the following:
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs

Stir until well blended. Then add:
1½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt

Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped walnuts.

Optional (but yummy): Sprinkle coconut on top

Bake anywhere from 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Cool and cut into squares. Or rectangles.
